+ -1 moreMIKE WAS ON TIME WITH HIS WORKERS. SUPERVISED THE JOB UNTIL IT WAS COMPLETED, PERSONALLY INSPECTING THE JOB THROUGHOUT. HE MADE SURE THAT ALL WORK DONE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND OF EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY. MIKE WAS VERY REASONABLY PRICED, WELL BELOW OTHER QUOTES THAT I HAD RECEIVED, AND PROVIDED ALL MATERIALS. HIS COMPANY WAS RIGHT ON TIME. WORKED UNTIL THE JOB WAS DONE, BUT DID NOT CHARGE ANYTHING EXTRA BECAUSE OF THE ADDITIONAL TIME THAT WAS NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE JOB IN THE RIGHT WAY. NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE WAS ADDED TO THE ''ESTIMATE'' BECAUSE OF THE ADDITIONAL TIME NEEDED TO INSTALL THE NECESSARY INSTALLATION. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ALL ASPECTS OF INSULATION, MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS ON OTHER AREAS THAT THE INSULATION COULD BE IMPROVED (FOAM IN WALL SOCKETS/OUTLETS, CAULKING, WINDOW FILM) BUT NOT TRYING TO ''HARD SELL''. MIKE LEFT WITH ESTIMATES FOR MATERIALS FOR FUTURE WORK, RECOMMENDING THAT I COULD DO THESE MYSELF. THIS IS A COMPANY DEDICATED TO SAVING YOU MONEY - AND BEING HONEST
Description of Work: INSULATED ALL WATER PIPE INSTALLATION IN CRAWLSPACE AND ON WATER HEATER (OVER 230' OF PIPE). INSTALLED INSULATION ON DRAINS. ''RETACKED'' ALL INSULATION SEPARATING FROM FLOOR BOARDS WITH THE NECESSARY CLIPS.
