Description of Work: I tried to get them to service my pool bi weekly. They only did it s couple of times, after I texted them to find out where they had been.

+ -1 moreThey are terrible and don't do what they say they are going to do. All the work they have done for me has been shotty. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: Originally came out to redo liner, but I could not drain the pool. So Cole's opened my pool this summer, but they chemicals have not been right since they opened it. They were supposed to come back two days later to check it, but they never did. Haven't heard from them since.
