Barry Collins of Arbor Tech was contacted to schedule an appointment for an estimate. He and his wife, Jennifer, arrived the next day punctually at the appointed time to provide an estimate. After viewing and discussing the work needed, an estimate of $800 for 4 hours of work, which included trimming branches, removing the two small trees, chipping the wood and removal of all debris was given both orally and later followed up with an emailed estimate. The crew of three (Barry, Jennifer and Nolan) arrived on time and ready to work despite the overcast, misty, windy weather. Using a single rope climbing method to reach the higher branches, they used chain saws and pole saws to remove the branches and trees. The cutting was efficient and safe with no damage to the house or other exterior structures. I was consulted on how much trimming should be done and which specific branches I wanted removed. Barry and Nolan seemed knowledgeable about how best to trim and shape a tree for attractive and healthy growth. As promised, I couldn’t even tell they had been there, the clean-up was so thorough. After we settled the bill, $800 as quoted for the 4 hours of work, a receipt was emailed to me. I was very happy with the work they did and the recommendations for additional tree work in the back - without pressure to schedule more work. The Arbor Tech team was very professional, polite, personable and easy to work with. I will definitely call them for future tree services. PS I have a three pictures - I wish my tech skills were better to make them all to the correct orientation.

It went very well! They worked quickly and efficiently and made our jungle of a backyard look so much better! We are aiming towards having a fully functional backyard and are well underway with their help!

One time I was not home when they did the work and when I arrived home everything looked so pristine I was sure they had not come yet. The clean up was so thorough it was hard to tell that trees had been cut down hours earlier!! I love them!
