Carlos and his team were amazing, he came in and immediately made me feel at eased about the work that needed to be done. He quoted me a price stuck to it. Carlos explained to me what needed to be done and gave me a time frame of how long the project would take. The work was completed with a level of professionalism. In addition Carlos and his crew were always on time and I never had to wonder about when they would arrive. We have already started discussing future projects. I would highly recommend Carlos to anyone needing work done.

We needed to replace our pull down attic stairs. Carlos was on time for the installation. Very polite and professional. He finished the installation in the amount of time he originally stated it would take. Stairs worked just fine and the area where he worked was as clean as when he started. I would certainly hire him again for other projects.

Impressive! Always on time, constantly working and finished project ahead of schedule! We love the new look and feel of our master bath remodel. Very good clean-up daily and all waste removed last day. I would definitely call on Mr. Perez and his team again, and again!

Carlos did a great job remodeling my shower stall. The work was outstanding. I had him continue on and remodel the rest of the bathroom. Soon after, we had him do the guest bathroom bathroom, and then onto the kitchen. His prices were very good, and his work was excellent.

Carlos enclosed my patio and turned it into an amazing closet. This included roofing sliding painting , then inside AC ducts flooring and shelves very professional. Price was amazing and even though I changed some things, his price never changed. his price was very very reasonable. Always on time and meet his deadline..
