The install went well and we were very happy with the fence until it started to lean. Six+ weeks ago we started calling the office to schedule a time for someone to come by and access the problem, no one answers the phone, you are told to leave a message and they will get back to you. After not getting call back to ANY of the messages we left, my husband decided to GO to the office address in Loganville GA which is listed on their invoice and business card. Found out that they had moved, so he went to that address in Between GA, which is in an office complex. No one there, but did run into someone who had the cell phone number of Kevin Broderick (CEO). We have had some text exchanges and the last one Kevin's response was "he was busy and when he was in our area" he would stop by to access the situation. (That was the week of June 25th) Apparently he has not been in the area, so we texted him a few more times and he has not respond to any of theml. Since it looks like they do not/will not stand behind their work, we have started looking for another fence company to repair the fence. Thus far it looks like is going to cost somewhere around $1000 to for the repair. I called the Clark Howard Consumer Action Center today and they said that if Patriot would not repair the fence they installed, our only alternative is to file a legal action again Patriot Fence.

Meet with Randy the estimator, and received back quote within a few days. Randy was very knowledgable in his profession, and was very responsive and understanding to our needs. Randy was very patient while waiting on us through the decision process but was diligent in his follow up. Meet with Randy one final time 7/12/17 at our home to discuss final layout of fence and agreed upon pricing.Randy requested 50%down payment i Questioned lead time for materials Randy stated that the materials were already in stock with their Vendor, and once payment was made office would schedule installation.I made payment by credit card over the Phone while Randy was still present on site. I received confirmation of my payment via e-mail later the same day. On Thursday 7/13/17 I received call from Pam in office to schedule install; to my surprise she stated that the install would be 4-5 weeks out at best middle of Aug. When I questioned why such long lead-time she stated that our fence was special order with vendor and that was the best they could do. I mentioned to Her that Randy assured us materials were in stock with vendor prior to us making down payment. I also explained to her that I would have never given someone $2400.00 of my money I was told it would be 4-5 weeks delivery on materials for job. Pam stated she would speak with Managers in office and have someone call that day no one ever responded therefore on 7/14/17 I requested cancellation of order in writing,and have received credit.
