HOSS CAMPBELL'S SEPTIC TANK

This company is the worst. Within a couple weeks of Campbell installing a new septic system, we had wiring issues. We called Campbell and got no response. Left several messages. No response. We finally had to call a different company who came same day and repaired the incorrectly installed wires. In the past 6 years since original installation, it has cost us $600.00 in different repairs and corrections due to Campbell's cheap and shoddy job. He is awful and not reliable. I wish I could give him less than one star. This is a warning. DON'T waste your money on this guy!!

Not very well. Initial job took too long. Nick had to be called back to fix poor wire connections for the pump and alarm., He claims he fixed the problem. However, months later the same problem arose with the wires smoking and tripped the circuit breaker. We left many many messages relating the problem to Nick and he NEVER responded. Spoke to his grandfather who is the original owner of Hoss Campbell's Septic Service. He assured me he would have Nick respond and take care of the problem. He NEVER DID!! We had to call another company to make the repairs. This cost us $200.00. NEVER should have happened! We will NEVER again use or recommend Campbell for anything!!

Campbell's came out and pumped my tank in March 2018. I asked them to also look at a repair they had completed a few years before, which was having the same issue, in the same exact spot. That repair cost me $1700. Four months later, I'm still waiting for them to come out, and my backyard is a mess. Mr. Campbell's grandson runs the company now, and he will not return my calls or text messages. This was a costly repair to have go wrong such a short time after. We have had heavy rains, and he did lose his helper in May. I even offered to help him dig the hole and ***** the situation since he didn't have any help. Rain prevented the work that day, but now, two months later, there is no excuse. It's ridiculous to treat people this way. I have been more than patient, and more than understanding. I even texted the man this morning one more time to give him the opportunity to respond.... and nothing. Unfortunately, I cannot give a good review here. I'm stuck with a mess in my backyard, and zero help from Campbell's.

These guys are great. On time, ready to go and very reasonably priced. It was a very pleasant experience - the way it should be. I would use them again in the future if needed and have even told some of my neighbors about how smooth the whole process was.

I had contacted someone else first. He gave me a price that included replacing a filter at the exit end of the septic tank. I ended up using a guy recommended by the guy who installed the septic tank when I moved into this house - Hoss Campbell's. He came out and did the job. He told me I didn't need the filter replaced. It just needed to be cleaned out. The other guy's recommendation for replacing the filter was a rip off and unnecessary. Hoss Campbell's dug down to the septic tank and cleaned it out. They are some good ol' boys. They get the job done. They come out here and tell you exactly what is good or bad about the system. They aren't fancy. But they are professional from a good ol' boy stand point. They have a good price and do honest work.
