Delmar Construction

The worst customer service that I have ever experienced with vendor. I myself am a small business owner and value my customer interactions, but obviously this company does not. After scheduling 3 separate appointments and giving him the benefit of the doubt, I received 3 no show, no call. I would stay away from this company. His first excuse for a no show was that his driver left the paperwork at the office, but you would think that they would call the client to let them know as opposed to having the client sit at home all day awaiting his arrival. The 2nd no show, I never did receive a reason. I called to complain and they just simply scheduled a 3rd trip. The 3rd trip was scheduled for between 10am and 12 noon. At 12:05, I received a text (not a phone call) stating "not going to make it, got an emergency sorry". If you value your time, stay away from this circus act.

He said I needed a new water heater (which I knew). He said he couldn't fix it until Monday/Tuesday. I told him I had a child and asked if he could fix it so I could have water over the weekend....he said NO. This man was at my home long enough to write out an estimate (maybe 10 min) and couldn't care less about helping me with my water heater. I contacted another company and they not only came out but they fixed it so we could have water until it was replaced (on Monday). The biggest problem with Delmar Construction is they sent an invoice to my insurance for something they did NOT do. My insurance will not pay me my $540 until they receive the money that Delmar invoiced for!! If you have extra money laying around then this might be your company...If you are a woman dealing with them...trust me CHIVALRY is dead in this man!
