+ 1 moreThey have refused to respond to anything. They have refused to accept the certified letters. The one year warrantee is up. No sign of those snakes in the grass. They have refused to honor their warrantee. They built me a house that is falling down the side of a mountain and have refused to act with any integrity to fix the problems.
Description of Work: I purchased a house from these individuals. It was a brand new home, never lived in. There was a one year warrantee. I have $30,000.00 in damages due to poor grading, water in home, poor drainage, no sand and gravel below drains, drains are now exposed after rain and have come apart in pieces, roofing not put on properly. There is not a piece of drywall in the house that is not separated from the rest of the drywall. I have faxed letters and sent certified letters to the two builders. I have taped one letter to Mr. Burnham's vehicle. They have refused to respond to anything. They have refused to accept the certified letters. The one year warrantee is up. No sign of those snakes in the grass.
