+ -1 moreWe were very impressed with the service we received to have our sprinkler system repaired. The gentleman that came to our home was on time and presented himself in a professional manner. He diagnosed the problems and gave the upfront cost to fix the leaks. He repaired the leaks in a timely manner. He was respectful. When they finished repairing the leaks, they relaid the sod they had dug up in a neat way so the grass would grow again.
Description of Work: We had one major leak where a septic tank company had poked a hole in our irrigation line. There was also another leak in one of the joints.

+ -1 moreDeceptive. Contacted because sprinkler pipe had a leak and would not shut off using the house main valve. I turned off the water at the street, but that meant no water for the home. I found the leak, dug out the pipe and purchased equipment to cap it, but I still wanted to find the outside shutoff valve. The owner contacted me and sounded sympathetic. Said he would send someone out to find the shutoff valve so I could have water in my home. The guy came out and had no clue where the outside valve might be or how to look for it. He had no metal detector as far as I could tell. I told him I was just going to cap the leaking pipe, so he walked to the spot where I had dug out the pipe. There was a tree root in the way, so I went inside to get a sawzall. When I came back, he was clearing more dirt around the exposed pipe. I cut the root, and he said he had a blade on him so he cut the pipe. I pulled out a shark bite cap and placed it on the cut pie. He slapped it hard for good measure. Up to this point we chatted casually. He then apologized for not being able to find the control valve and HANDED ME A BILL FOR $155. When I contacted the owner he said rather coldly, "He could have charged you twice as much." So much for integrity.
