The people that we dealt with were very nice. No problem there. But it was just okay. I feel like the pressure washing could have been better. The staining job was ok. I had asked him to give me an estimate on closing in the back porch, which he told me he would. I had to ask him again, and he said he would have to me in a couple of days. He never got back to me.

Dependable. Shown up on time as scheduled. Arrived at job site with all needed materials, tools and equipment. Job was done without delay. Would recommend this company. Work was good and done for a very reasonable & fair cost.

We had our metal roof pressure cleaned. James arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. He also cleaned the outside of the gutters. Everything looked new after he was done. I'd highly recommend Sarasota Service King and would use them again when needed.
