Lu came promptly as scheduled and accessed the situation, and gave us several options of how to fix it (with estimates on costs). He had to leave in the middle of our job, due to a "sewer" emergency, which was ok, since it was just our washer. I appreciate that he helps those with sewage backing into their house quickly! Prior to this job, he also installed a garbage disposal for us. Great work then as well (I can't remember the exact cost of the service. List a rough estimate above. It was less than $300)

I was very impressed when I called Lu. He came out immediately to determine what the situation was with the leaking water heater. Once it was determined that it needed replacing, he had to go get a water heater that would fit under the house. He did this immediately and installed the new one. The price was reasonable and I could not have asked for better service. Highly recommend LAV Plumbing.

Came promptly at scheduled time, but I was a few mins late. He returned within 15 mins. Job was done in an hour or less. Very professional.

I asked for a low cost set of logs and a small tank to supply backup heat for a small condo. He got a set of logs that was very reasonable (compared to the cost of those in the propane stores). He was on time and completed the job ahead of the scheduled time that was set aside for it. He was very polite and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely use him again if I need anymore work done. His wife schedules his appointments for him and she is very pleasant to deal with, also.

They are very competent. He was professional and on time. The price he quoted was the price he charged me. He was very thorough.
