Fresh Start Two

The house wasn't cleaned at all. They immediately went into the rooms I didn't want them to clean. Furniture was moved around to look like they cleaned. Drawers were left open. They came over and stole most of my valuables. The owner would call me into a room while her worker would move into the room I was previously in. My $3000 diamond ring, that was not in plain sight, was stolen and likely pawned. Two computer towers were stolen. Designer purses were also stolen, but then returned after I contacted the business. She also stole medication from me. That worker has since been incarcerated for a different charge. When they were done cleaning a room, I assumed they were taking the property to a storage facility or throwing it away. Instead, they threw all of the junk on the back porch and took anything of value with them. Two days later, the owner returned with a different worker. She also stole medication from me. I don't know what else has been stolen, as this happened so recently. The owner was in my home for both visits and seemed to allow the theft of my valuables. I filed a police report, and the owner claimed that I gave the property to her! I have since blocked her phone number.

Ann and her crew have been cleaning for me for several months. I have been very, very pleased with the work. She has been flexible when I've needed to change a scheduled date and has also been good to communicate well in advance when she will be unable to come at a scheduled time. She and her crew are attentive to details.
