Description of Work: I just wanted everyone to know that this kind, compassionate man rescued 3 tiny kittens from inside the wall of a resident of Milledgeville Georgia when no one else would help. The homeowner heard the babies crying for a week and he was so upset because every agency he called would not help. Mr. Scuggs went to the home and cut through the wall to save the babies and did so without any charge. Then he took those babies home to his wife who is an experienced kitten foster and she is bottle feeding the babies. This story was aired on WMAZ news out of Macon Georgia. This is the kind of person I would want to hire for all my heating, air and plumbing needs. Just thought everyone would want to know. Thank you Mr. Scuggs for having a heart for the animals when no one else would.
