 + -1 moreThey service our existing 2 units and just replaced our oldest 3Ton (a 1992 model). They were awesome, fast, and all around the best. Their prices were better than Home Depot's Pro team too. It is nice to shop local and get such great care!

 + -1 moreIt initially took over a week to get someone out to do an estimate. I couple of weeks later, they went out to complete the work and advised me that they would not be able to complete the work due to the house being too low. The amount of crawl space was known when the estimate was given. Everyone was very nice and friendly but I thought the end result was not professional.

 + -1 moreAll employees were extremely courteous and helpful from the first phone call to the office, to the sales rep, to the installation crew. They responded quickly to my needs and showed up when promised. The installation took much less time than I anticipated and they even cleaned up after themselves! They were also the best price from three estimates.
Description of Work: Replaced two heat pumps.
