It went great They showed on time and even finished the job early

They did everything they promised, were there at 7am each morning and gone by 3:30 each afternoon. They were focused and hardworking the entire time. They finished within the time line that they said and cleaned up after themselves every day. They were extremely sensitive to my needs as I camped out in my home while they were working. I do plan on hiring them again next year when I remodel my kitchen.

Perfect craftsmanship. The flooring in level, and the seems are even and in a pattern. My backsplash is even and clean cuts. They kept the appointment, on time, cleaned up everyday, written estimate, completed the job in time promised. Cost is competitive but work is phenomenal.

The crew arrived on time.Were very professional. Cleaned up the work area every day before leaving. Kept us informed on what they were doing. The men that worked on the deck cleaned all the debris that was under the boards and put down a foundation for the new boards. Their work was very good. The tile men did an excellent job with an area that was challenging. The shower looks really great.

Perfect! Difficult job to match height of a concrete slab to the existing finish floor height. These folks are professional, skilled tradesmen.

So often when you engaged in an expensive investment you feel your at the mercy of the world. Angie's List resolves those fears in many ways but mostly through presenting companies of integrity like Perna Construction. Owners Jacob and Thersa, their crew Howard, Bobby, and all the rest were such a blessing and in their skilled hands this home awoke out of it's sleepy state. We're thrilled with the results will be forever thankful.

First, let me say that they first did my roof also for a SUPER GOOD price. I was so impressed so I decided to find out, what else can they do! I contacted Theresa and right away back in 2013 she gave me an estimate via email which I preferred and appreciated communicating this way. I live in Hinesville, by the way. So, they did all of the things mentioned above and I couldn't be happier. I will be contacting them again soon to complete more work on my home before selling it because her estimates can't be beat and I appreciate the whole crew's friendliness each and every time! I wish I wrote this review sooner, but I have just joined Angie's List and after looking up painter information for a different contractor company (its the reason why I joined -- to research local painters), I then immediately searched to find this company to show my appreciation for the work they have done for me in the past.

Bottom line up front, they did an excellent job. Theresa promptly returned my call, have me a "ball park estimate" over the phone and then had Jacob out measuring the same day. I had the estimate that evening! Being christmas, she told me they were very busy but they could get it done! They worked around my schedule, which was about a 2 day turnaround! Jacob said his guys would be at my house in the morning and they showed up on time, in appropriate attire, company shirts( as we have kids ) brought their own tools and cleaned up and hauled of the trash. Perna const. got the job done on time, under budget!

Excellent repair of the fence including devising a unique way to handle a tree on the property line. The cermaic tile installation turned out to be quite beautiful. Jacob Perna owner and his crew were outstanding throughout the whole project. I would not hesitate to use them again for a future project. The price was extremely fair and the workmanship was terrific!
