+ -1 morePersonnel of Arnold Heating & Air were prompt, efficient and courteous. Installer personnel were careful not to damage home area and carefully cleaned-up after the installation. All of my questions were readily answered, and instruction on operation of the units was provided.

Description of Work: Matt gave me the best value on a zoned system. Out of all the companies that came and gave me a quote, he seemed to understand the problem and offered the best solution. Work completed timely and he has followed up to be sure we were satisfied.

+ -1 moreFound the leak quickly. Recommended replacing the part. We agreed on a price and the part was purchased and replaced. Repairs were completed the same day.
Description of Work: Replaced cooling coil of the central A/C unit in the attic. Recharged the system with refrigerant and started up. System still works 6 months after the repair.

Description of Work: After our 18+ year old downstairs air conditioning unit finally gave up the ghost, it was time to look for another unit. We knew from various repairs and servicing of our old unit, Matt was the guy for the job. He is always on time, always courteous and respectful and just an all around nice guy. He installed our new downstairs unit and installed a new programmable thermostat as well. I can't tell you how much difference that made in our home temps and electric bills! Matt was very patient and plain spoken when explaining the new thermostat settings. He made sure all the vents were open and functioning properly. In August (the hottest month EVER), we had a question about the unit in the attic and Matt was out "johnny on the spot" to check out our concerns, although he was already overbooked. There has not been one time I have not an excellent and fast response from Matt Arnold. His prices are reasonable and he is not interested in overselling his merchandise. He spent time to point out which one was most suitable for our house and price range, even though it definitely wasn't the most expensive unit. He's definitely THE air guy!
