The representative came out and informed me that the circuit board on the control unit had probably gotten struck by lightning. He gave me an option of replacing the entire unit or just replacing the circuit board. He replaced the circuit board and it fixed the problem. It saved me a lot of money. He was a very honest and respectable representative. He could have just told me that the whole unit had to be replaced. Instead, he shows that he valued the customer instead of trying to rip us off. Thanks for doing the right thing. I would definitely refer to them to other consumers and use them again.

Courtney, the service technician for River City Door Co., was everything you could hope for in a technician. He called before he came and showed up when he said he would. He was professionally attired and clean as well as professional and courteous. Although he was there for the spring replacement, he notices some safety concerns with the door. He went above and beyond my expectations by resecuring the opener anchors. He also inspected and lubricated all of the doors and rollers making several repairs. The price was reasonable and Crystal at the office made sure that everything was as expected. They also accepted a coupon from Angie's List that made the final price much less than what I was expecting.
