+ -1 moreHave a laptop that I wanted to install Hallmark greeting card software on. It would not load. Not even tech support from Hallmark could figure it out. Called Daniel, the owner, and he told me to drop over and bring my laptop. Not being tech savy I cannot tell you what he did but I know that my software is now on my laptop - works perfectly and I am no longer sitting on $50 worth of useless software! Daniel also installed a program on my laptop that allows him to access my laptop from home so that he can fix simple things on the spot!
