It went great.

It was a very good experience. One spring had broken. Joe's service came on Saturday and replaced both springs on that door. He didn't have two springs for other door but he came back Monday and replaced them. He was professional and very efficient. Price was very reasonable.

He was very professional. Joe fixed the problem and did some general maintenance (which was above and beyond my initial request).

Joe was GREAT!!! After talking with him on the phone, he came out to our home the next day and I knew he knew his stuff by talking with him face-to-face. He expertly installed our new garage door opener and it works exactly as it should. In addition, he serviced our garage door as well. If you have any garage door needs, Joe is the one I'd call...you won't be sorry.

I called first thing in the morning needing to know when they could have someone out because i couldn't get my car out the garage. The other guys couldn't even tell me when they could come out. Joe's told me when to expect them and showed up right on time that day. Told me how much it was going to be, performed the work and was in and out in no time. Plus, they gave me a lifetime warranty on parts and labor! Great company and great people!

The spring broke on Thursday night as a closed the door, called Bob's service at 9 PM and arranged to show up at 8 AM the next morning. The technician arrived at 8 sharp and replaced broken spring, inspected the system and oiled all moving parts in less than 30 minutes. Excellent service and price very reasonable as the part cost $199 and labor was only $43.

Joe arrived right on time. He is very personable and professional. He not only repaired the problem with the garage door that I knew we had, but he also checked for safety of the door. He pointed out a bent, worn out roller wheel and explained why it needed to be replaced. He then replaced that as well. He certainly knows garage doors. I will certainly call him again!

Joe showed when he said he would and evaluated the situation. He got a few ladders and a spring tensioner rods and took the tension off the spring. He then rewrapped the cable and put the tension back on the spring.

Great. Came out for a free estimate, made recommendations to replace the rusted spring of our 20 year old door, which we accepted. Less than 3 hours time he and his partner wife got us installed without a hitch. Scheduling and communications were good, even over the weekend. He called when he was on his way. Hauled off old materials. He was fair but competitive and a local business owner which I support! He accepts cash or checks, no credit cards.

Everything went well. Joe was early, but not too early. He offers a lifetime warranty for springs if they are changed at the same time. We liked that he will respond to a service call 24/7. I highly recommend Joe's Garage Door and Service.

We installed a new garage door opener and we could not get it to work. We called Joe's and he said he could be out a little after 4:00 P.M. He arrived right on time. He determined what the problem was and fixed it. He also took time to explain what he did and when it would be necessary to call him again. His service call fee was $29.00 and labor was $60.00.

His lifetime guarantee seemed like the best value so I had all my springs replaced on both of my garages. Otherwise, the cost is much lower than what it appears. He is very knowledgeable about garage doors and openers of every make and model and I wouldn't dream of replacing my system without consulting him and having him do the installation.

Mr. Peck was punctual and was actually able to arrive earlier than the scheduled appointment time. The door that was put up came out of boxes but two of the panels had dirt and debris in the channels on the inside of the door. I was told the doors were new but had been stored under a sycamore tree, hence the dirt. The outside appearance of the doors does look new however. I was told a slide lock would be placed on the door and it was not. The magnetic contact for my security system was not removed from my old door and placed on the new door. When I called him to tell him about the two issues he apologized and said he would mail me the items as opposed to returning to fix the issues. I would have expected him to return to complete the job instead of leaving the security of my home compromised. If I was that far out of their service area then the job should not have been accepted. Four days later and I have yet to receive the parts. When I called I was told they were put in the mail today. The phrase lifetime warranty on the door is also used very loosely. The paperwork state there is a lifetime corrosion and rust warranty. The garage door is operational and the work was done quickly, less than two hours.

It was a very good experience. He came out quickly and had the job done within a couple of hours. They are very professional and reasonably priced.
