+ -1 moreI called to see if they would come all the way to Glennville to get our pool back into "swimming" shape. They were unable to come this far, without the price being really high. This may sound bad, however, this was a wonderful experience. The lady on the phone explained to me that it would cost the same as a new cleaner, because of the distance and the amount of trips involved. She was actually saving me money. WOW!!!!! She not only was honest about this, but stayed on the phone with me at least 30 minutes explaining what we could do our selves!!! She explained methods, amounts of chemicals, and...answered EVERY question I asked. This woman had a business to run, and with NO promise of us buying as much a a bag of chemicals, she went the extra mile. I am so impressed, that when we buy our new cleaner, it will be from B&M. Please note that there are businesses closer to us, but her customer service has won her a family of customers for life!!! And... I will spread the word!!!
Description of Work: I needed our pool cleaned. Our cleaner broke and we were unable, ourselves, to get the pool completely cleaned.

+ -1 moreI can't say enough positive things about B&M Pools and Spas. Mr. Larry Wright and his team of employees treated our unique situation with respect and sympathy as we were taken advantage of by a conman and left with a massive eroding hole in our backyard. Mr. Wright pushed our job to the earliest date possible and saved our home's foundation by doing so. His employees are courteous, clean, respectful and always on time.
Description of Work: Repaired eroding hole in our backyard caused by a fraudulent contractor and then constructed an 18x36 vinyl pool with concrete decking.
