+ -1 moreThey brought our new unit out and swapped it with the existing unit. It would not run. I was told it was the thermostat, so I ran out and bought a new, programmable unit. He seemed unable to program the new thermostat, and the unit still would not run. It was then suggested that the wiring may be bad, and I was told it would be additional to do that. They were paid in full, although our unit still was not operational. I brought in someone else, who determined that it was wired incorrectly. They refused to stand behind their work and reimburse for the diagnostics and re-wiring.
Description of Work: We needed our outside heat pump replaced.
