We volunteered to give a review about our experience of working with Top Pitch Roofing and Construction in McDonough, GA. Two months ago, we had never heard of Top Pitch. It was accidental that we met Ben Atkinson of Top Pitch Roofing and Construction. However, since that time, we have worked closely with Ben. He is professional in every way. He answered every question we had about the roofing process. He made sure we understood all steps involved. He and his crew did a thorough job of inspecting the old roof and gave us the findings. It was determined that our roof had wind and storm damage. Ben then called our homeowners insurance company and set up a time for the agent to inspect the roof. Ben was here to meet the agent and, together, thought it necessary to replace the roof. On the scheduled day and time, Ben and his crew were here to begin the roofing procedure. First, the shrubs around the house were covered for protection. Roofing work was then started and completed by late afternoon the same day. Ben and the crew foreman did a thorough inspection of the roof, and installation was approved. Shrubs were then uncovered, the yard was cleaned of any debris, and the driveway was inspected for misguided nails. The crew then left and the only way to tell they had been here was to look at the new roof. Since the job has been completed, Ben has stopped by several times to make sure we are happy with the install. Are we pleased that Top Pitch Roofing and Construction installed our new roof? 100% pleased. We could not be more satisfied.

I would not use them again same reason the other reviewer; start out friendly and then turn into a nightmare. Please make sure you put every small, medium and large item in your contract. Please do not take any by their word because the sales person change on me about what he agreed to complete so have everything in writing. The sales person received the contract but after receiving go rude and hung up phone not professional at all. The company does not care about your business because the last person I communicated with stated they do not care about reviews because they complete 1000s of roof so this tells you the company's attitude through resolving issues. I prefer you use another company due to customer service and if I was not in my yard all they they would have not completed the work that needed to be done. BE AWARE OF WHAT THE PREVIOUS CUSTOMER STATED AND WHAT IM STATING TO YOU. Thanks

We moved into a home that had a new $25,000.00 roof installed by Top Pitch and we are having issues that will turn into major issues if not addressed soon. We already have drywall stains and potential electrical issues if not addressed. This roof has a 10 year warranty and yet they continue to not return my calls or e-mails. We have hired other roofing companies to do inspections and ultimately they have outlined and photographed the issues. I recommend not to use this company as they may be friendly up front but once the work is completed you will never have success getting any help thereafter.

Roof replacement went very smoothly with no issues to report. Top Pitch gave a free estimate and advised on the current damage (hail and wind) that we should be able to get a State Farm insurance claim approved without issue. We filed the claim and Top Pitch met with the insurance inspector at agreed upon time. On the date of roof replacement we had a representative from Top Pitch on site the whole time to correct any unforeseen issues, and to keep the workers on schedule. Roof was replaced in one day and site was cleaned up properly. The next day the Top Pitch employee we had been working with since the free estimate stopped by to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. There was some rotten fascia wood that was replaced without an additional charge. No issues at all with using this company, and we are completely satisfied. Money was paid after the work was completed.
