Theatrics

Every thing went extremely well. Chad and his helper arrived on time ready to work. As promised only six small few holes had to be cut in the ceiling and wall to run wires to the speaker rack in the stereo room. All holes(except for one which I asked not to cover) were covered with outlet panels. The work areas outside and inside were all cleaned and free of any work debris. The speakers sound great!! Theatrics does professional work at a reasonable price. Very nice people! I highly recommend for any stereo on home theater system work you require.

It went very well. Chad was knowledgeable of the service and of the products we bought. He gave valuable insight to some things we were looking to do down the road as well. He was very helpful in the entire process.

From the prompt arrival of Chad to his departure several hours later, he was professional. He installed my surround sound system efficiently and stayed until the job was completed. He worked hard the entire time he was in my house. He cleaned up behind himself. Three weeks later we haven't had any problems. I can't say enough about how good he was. He didn'tcharge more than his over-the-phone estimate, even though parts of the installation took more ingenuity than I described when he gave me the original estimate. I definitely recommend Chad and the crew at Theatrics!

Chad, the installer, introduced himself and asked if he could look at the rooms and the areas where the equipment would be installed. After looking and measuring spaces, he explained to me what and how he would install and what the benefits of how it was installed, would be. When the job was completed, he showed me and instructed me on how to use my tv's & surround sound system. I felt very confident with Chad's work and would recommend him for future services.

After calling around for some quotes to mount my television and instal my surround sound system I went with theatrics. Chad was prompt efficient friendly and cleaned up after himself. He would not leave until I was comfortable with the ins and out of my surround sound as I am not gifted with figuring out these things. And last but not least the cost was excellent.
