I called Southern Roots on April 7, 2021 and spoke to Hunter. He seemed pleasant and stated he could come out on April 12 to provide an estimate for the service I requested. He was a no show and did not call! I am disappointed that he did not follow through.

This is the second year working with this provider. Our zoysia lawn has gone from thin and weed-bound (under the treatments of nationally known providers), to thick and virtually weed-less. The aeration is one of the optional services the owner, Ricky Sellers, has recommended based on the needs of the lawn. The basic lawn treatments - seasonal fertilizing, pre-and post- emergents - are applied with precision for complete, even and thorough coverage. Application adjustments are made depending on Mr. Sellers observation of any grass problems and shrubs, flowers and trees are always examined at each visit. Treatments of the latter are additional cost, but with over 200 ornamentals in my yard, the $70 to $120 charges are a great value and always, very effective. Not only does Southern Roots Lawnscape Services provide expert lawn and ornamental treatments, Mr. Sellers will often call after a treatment to 'touch base' with the customer. He truly cares about the work he provides! As far as I am concerned, this provider has it all - expertise, punctuality, fair pricing and excellent customer service.
