Description of Work: Contractor sprayed outside of house, which didn't fix the problem. Then returned and placed bait system, which worked.

+ -1 moreAll went very well. They even inspected an area that I was concerned about even though; he informed that the area was not a common area for termite. They even sent me a very nice thank you card soon after.
Description of Work: RIA performed a whole house termite inspection for me initially at $39.00. They identified areas in my basement that were already damaged by termite as well as area that they appeared to be entering. Jason was very knowledgeable and professional. He treated the areas of concern and told me to expect to see the dead insects lying near treated areas in a few days. Just as he stated, there were hundreds of dead termite on the floor of the basement some time later. He also set traps in the yard around the perimeter of the house and provided me with a fully transferable on-going service agreement.

Description of Work: I have a quarterly contract with them to spray my 2400 square foot home for general pest and termites. They also spray for ants in the yard and lay traps for any kind of rodents that may try to get inside. I pay them on a yearly basis.
