From start to finish I was very impressed! I purchased my deal on a Sunday night and by Tuesday morning I had a message on my computer from Moody's Carpet Care. I was asked to call to set up the particulars of the deal. The person I spoke with answered all my questions and was friendly and professional. We set up the appointment for Thursday, (today) at 9:30. I was thrilled because that was my first choice. I received a call this morning at 8:00 verifying our 9:30 appointment. Shawn showed up promptly, which is always a bonus! He walked around to see the job, and told me exactly what he was going to do. He worked diligently for 2 hours and 40 minutes. My carpets are 10 years old, and they look amazing! I was also very pleased with my sofa and love seat. I cannot think of a single thing I would have wanted improved or done another way. I appreciate the promptness in both contacting me and completing the job in a timely manner. The professionalism was second to none. I would DEFINITELY recommend Moody's Carpet Care!!!

They were scheduled for the 4th time and I'm done with them. They up-charged on the very first visit. They don't stick to their pricing, don't show up with the proper equipment, the cleaning is unsatisfactory. They were very friendly and cordial but they just can't get the job done.

I live in Phoenix but was able to use Angie's List as my referral source to find someone to clean my mom's carpet 3000 miles away. I found the receptionist, Kerri to be very helpful in helping me set up this service. My mom found the technician to be prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. She was extremely happy with the results. When my mom tried to pay for the service, the company was very good to tell her it was taken care of by her daughter in Phoenix. They even applied the Angie's List coupon to the invoice after I mentioned that it was posted on the web site. Both my mom's and my experience is that this is a A+ company and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their carpets cleaned. I just wanted to send a shout out to this company especially Kerri for being so willing to help me take care of my mom miles away from home. Thank you, Kelly Parker

The service went great. He arrived on time and explained the process. The entire job took about an hour and fifteen minutes. The cost was affordable and my carpets look great!
