 + 0 moreMajor problem at initial installation. Spoke with Jason Bales, who was needlessly rude and confrontational. Bubba Bales got involved, problem quickly addressed and corrected. I now have beautiful new countertops that I'm very happy with.

Description of Work: Replaced kitchen granite (second house we've had them do this). Jason Bales is very competent and professional. Wonderful job. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Description of Work: Jason Bales of Granite Creations, installed granite countertops in my laundry room and my kitchen along with a new stainless sink. The installations was done properly and quickly. It was all done in a couple of hours. I will use them again when I remodel my bathrooms.
