John was very kind and professional during his quote period and during the time leading up to the move. He arrived close to the time he committed and had a team of 5 people including himself. When he did his walk through he estimated that it would take about 5 to 6 hours to load two trucks. It took him over 24 hours over the course of two day. He only filled the second truck 75% by the first night and had to use his own truck due to semi professional packing of the second truck. He delivered the goods to my new home and was here until 2:30 am unloading. He claimed his team was tired and they left with our reassemble key items and lost many parts to two beds, broken the board on the top of our master bed due to not wrapping the item correctly, brought items he marked as trash and kept items that were not trash and refused to return them. He committed to a return trip to repair as much as he could of the damaged items. He took a damaged item from my new house and after two weeks sent me an email stating per his contract his did not have to fix it and that he would drop it off at the empty house we moved from 82 miles away. He in writing stated he would return to finish putting together the kids beds that he lost the parts to. I had to buy the parts because he could call rooms to go himself and pay for them due to his lack of cash flow. On DEC 13th he sent me an email stating that I could not be please and that he was not going to honor any of his written commitments. On the night he finished the job he asked for payment in full. I explained I would like to deducted some money so that he would for sure fix his wrongs. Many more than I described above. He exact words were " I am a man of my word that is not necessary, I will fix the items I caused." I write this review to hopefully keep others from falling for a guy that has southern charm until he gets paid and then he leaves you hanging. I will add the poor kids that work for him work hard they just are not careful with items. Stay away!
