Magnum Gutters & Metal Roofing

Everyone I spoke with was friendly. It has not rained enough yet for me to verify repairs. My only complaint was the price seems a bit high for an hours worth of work applying sealant over the existing sealant. The bill listed one of the services as "Ensure all flashing is properly sealed and installed." This was not done as there are areas along the ridge cap that could have been re-installed properly but were not.

The crew from Magnum Gutters and Metal Roofing showed up and introduced themselves, and quickly got to work. The gutter was replaced, debris was removed, and the job was inspected. The price was right and so was the work. The tiniest hitch was that I didn't receive a call on the day of the appointment, so they showed up unexpectedly.

Called for an estimate they said they would call me to schedule and never called me back.

The work was performed on time and done correctly.

A repair technician came out the same day I called, and provided a free estimate for the job. When the weather permitted, they came back out and completed the work, then billed me for my services. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again, for any roofing needs.

Showed up on the required day and installed a metal roof. The roof looks great and they did an excellent job of cleaning the area of screws, sheet metal, etc.

They posted a special on Angie’s list I responded immediately, they told me when the estimator would be at my home so I rearranged my schedule to be here because I have dogs that have to be put up so they could get where they needed to. I stayed here all day long, send a message to the office asking if he was coming today they said oh yes he will call you shortly waited until 5 PM. I never heard anything also called the office back never got a message from them or response. Then he called me the next day at 9 o’clock in the morning while I was at the doctors office I responded back with a text and told him I would be home at 2pm and again got no Return message or call. I called him back again only to be told I don’t answer messages well I don’t hire people who don’t communicate and think that your time is not as valuable as theirs..
