Description of Work: Malcolm the owner is very prompt and professional. He did a gutter service for us and we also purchased gutter covers for a section of our house. Gutter cover price was comparable to other bids and was fair. Company is very responsive and I would recommend them in the future. Malcolm also seems to be very knowledgeable about gutters.

Description of Work: My only complaint was the dirt from the old gutter they replaced was left on the entrance to the house. Unfortunately other workmen (not Magnum Gutters) walked through this dirt resulting in dirt carried into the house.

Description of Work: Excellent job - removed and hauled old gutters and installed new 6" gutters and leaf guard. Very careful of property and cleaned up every bit of debris and fasteners. Very efficient and caring and beautiful work.

Description of Work: My purpose in signing up for the special was to fix a clogged gutter drain and to identify the source of a ceiling leak. The service guy said that unclogging a gutter drain was not part of the special. He also performed a roof inspection and indicated that my roof needed replacing due to hail damage which he said could have happened the weekend before his visit. The roof was professionally inspected last year and the hail damage had already been noted.

Description of Work: They came to look at my roof and gutters. The salesman was prompt and professional. Since I did not need their roofing or gutter service, we agreed that we would have them clean my gutters instead. The men who cleaned my gutters left all the debri in my backyard after I had asked the owner to be sure and clean that up. However, the owner came out and cleaned up the problem so in the end it was fine. It seems that the unsupervised workman will take the shortcuts.
