Everything went well. Provider was prompt; discussed what I wanted done; checked my roof and my gutters; answered my roofing and soffits questions, made a suggestion and gave referral for my siding problem and soffits that I inquired about. Provider returned to do my gutters on the assigned appointment date and although earlier than I would have liked, they did a good job. Only change I would make is that although I didn't need to be home I would have liked to personally speak to reconfirm the appointment a day or two in advance in case I forgot and wanted to push time back or to be at home. Magnum Roof and Gutters is worth using again and I would recommend their services.

They sent a salesperson to my house that only wanted to replace my roof. I know that my roof is fine I only require a small leak by one of my vent to be repaired and they refused to honor the deal. UPDATE: A limb fell on my room and busted a vent and that is where the leak was coming in. They sent out the same guy again. His initial complaint was the same. Asked him to get on the roof to see if he could repair the vent. He took his equipment up on the roof, caulked around the vent and secured it with some nails. He caulked around some other areas as well.

They were very punctual, professional and knowledgeable. They were easy to work with in regards to scheduling and I look forward to having them do the job.

Contacted them for an estimate for roofing and siding. Showed up one morning without a ladder, so that was a waste of time. Someone else came by in the afternoon and took estimates. I called about 2-3 days later to ask for an estimate and whoever answered the phone said she would get the estimate to me that weekend. The following week I had someone from their office leave a message regarding an estimate from the previous week. Advised him that I had not received anything. Confirmed my email address once again and he said he'd send it right over. This was at least 3 weeks ago and to this date have not received the estimate or a call to follow up. (My dates may be a little off but I have the voice messages left on my cell. Don't have the phone with me, but I know its been several weeks.)

They replaced my roofing and gutters. My house looks fantastic and I picked out a little used color and they had to make extra trips to my home to provide the color information that I wanted. |I work nights though and I wish a little more effort could have been made to accomadate my daytime sleeping hours. |
