+ -1 moreGood afternoon, I had a problem with one of the employee, I spoke to Mr Nelson about it and he gave me really good customer service, my spouse and I appreciate the experience he shown, we were well pleased when we left. The employee told me one thing which happened to be untrue, Mr Nelson came behind him to honor what the employee said, thank Lowe’s for having a store manager like Mr Nelson

+ -1 moreNATIONALLY KNOWN PRODUCTS FOR GREAT PRICES. THEY MESSED UP THE DELIVERY DATE, BUT CAME THROUGH WHEN WE NEEDED THEM TO. THEY ALSO DELIVERED A SLIGHTLY DAMAGED REFRIGERATOR, BUT WERE QUICK TO COMPENSATE US TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE.
