The technician called when he was on his way and was at my home well within the time frame I was given when I made the appointment. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was wrong and what he would do to fix it. My bathtub is draining perfectly, again. The price was less than what I thought it would be, which came as a surprise. I will definitely be calling Liberty Plumbing next time I have a problem.
