+ -1 moreWe got several prices and some were higher and others were a little lower, but after talking to Nick I could tell that he had taken the time to look over the house and see what was needed to get the house up to code. I thought it was going to be a nightmare but Nick had the house rewired and inspected quicker that he had quoted me. The price was what he had quoted and it turned out Nick was an overall nice guy. Enjoyed talking to him.
Description of Work: I bought a house to rent out and found out that the wirring had be stolen.
