I called Joey out to fix my fridge. He replaced the sensor and charged my $180 ($80 part + $100 labor). The "fix" didn't last but a couple hours. I called him to let him know and had to chase him down to get back out. We he finally did return he said he installed incorrectly and that it should now be fixed. But it's not fixed. Now Joey is avoiding my calls/texts and will not refund my money. This guy is a complete fraud on all fronts.

Must always do what you say you are going to do....call when you say you will. Even if it means to reschedule. Don't leave customers waiting.

Joey was prompt, helpful, and got the job done. He didn't mess around and told me straight up that my dehumidifier and one fridge were just not worth the effort to repair. The third commercial fridge he got working pretty rapidly and that was that. Highly reccomended.

Joey actually does all the work. He has been out twice in the last two months. He is a very nice man who knows what he is doing. You can call him and he will get out to you within a day or two; sometimes the same day. A lot of times he has all of the parts he needs on his truck so he can do the repair right then. If he needs to order parts he lets me know how much the parts will cost so I can make sure they are within my budget. He is quick, efficient and reasonably priced for appliance repair. I will use him again in the future.
