They called me on Thursday the day before the sod was to be delivered on Friday and said they couldn't bring it. They would have to postpone until the following Tuesday. I had planned to take the day off work, so it shot my plans. I couldn't move to another vendor for the following day because they all need 48 hours notice. I went with another vendor and got it delivered on Saturday.
Description of Work: I ordered TWO pallets of myers zosia about a week and a half before delivery.

Hancock sod was vdry professional. They contacted us about drop off times and work time and all were done according to schedule. The sod was beautifully installed and looks great almost a year later.
Description of Work: Hancock Sod laid new grass for us in our backyard after a large landscaping project. The sod was delivered on the correct day and laid on the same day as well.
