+ -1 moreHampton Pools has done work for me for over 4 years and have always exceeded my expectations. For this project they replaced my 15+ year old vinyl pool liner, padding, underwater lights, skimmer cover, gaskets, return jets and drain covers, and found/fixed a water leak in the return pipes. Ed found the water leak a little way up into one of the return jet pipes and repaired it, then found one of the pipes too short to insert the new Treo color LED lights but was able to build a ¼ ? extension so it would fit. Ed got everything working to include wiring the lights and transformer to my AquaPlus system. Ed saved me hundreds of dollars by connecting to my existing pool equipment and especially not having to dig up the concrete pool decking to repair the pipe water leak or replace a short lighting pipe insert. The excellent professional store staff helped me get my pool chemicals balanced and they have free water testing.
Description of Work: Installed a new 26’ x 13’ in-ground vinyl pool liner with new padding, skimmer cover, gaskets, return jets and drain covers. Installed new Treo underwater color LED lights with new transformer connected/operated by my Hayward AquaPlus system. Found/fixed my water leak of 2 inches per day.

+ -1 moreThey were rated the top of every list that we looked at and now we understand why after dealing with them. They have been very prompt and on time with everything they have said. They have been following through and they have been keeping us informed of everything they are doing. The communication, job and quality are all there; it has been great. We couldn't ask for better. They are professional and they have been able to put us in touch with other companies such as the fencing company and a tree removal company. Every company they have referred was just as professional and prompt and as good as they are. We have already referred them to quite a few people. We are pleased with the job.
Description of Work: We are using Hampton Pools to install a pool. They are almost finished. They are doing a gunite pool and they are doing the tile and stone work now.

+ -1 moreTheir repair guy is the brother of the company's owner and he knows his stuff. He is professional; he comes to my door and goes through everything. I would give them top-notch on the service. A couple of years ago they weren't as good but now I would rate them very highly because they have got a lot better. They are excellent.
Description of Work: I have a complex pool with lots of options and I have had Hampton Pools Inc to come out and repair it.
