I hired Tom approx 1.5 years ago to polish my hardwood floors after he came out and looked at the a couple of times, Tom started the work, the floors were not looking right, in the process the floors were destroyed and told me there was nothing else that he could do, so I had another tech come out to see what could be done, I was told the floor was damaged and needed to be completely sanded and refinished, I text Tom about the problem, Tom told me he had time and labor in the project and did not help me out, it cost me around $4000

Tom is a consummate professional! He came to assess our floor and by the next day he completed the job. From start to finish I was impressed with his care for getting it right and I never felt that he was throwing in unneeded services in order to raise costs. He was more than fair in pricing and we will use him again.. I haven't seen floors shine like that since I was a young Soldier!

The owner was knowledgeable, and he explained the process of what he was going to do and tips on how to maintain the quality.

It was a hot mess and I hated looking at it, had so much wax build up. It looked disgusting. Now...I am so happy. I would higly recommend his services. You will not be dissapointed.
