"The service was okay although the equipment that he has was not able to pick up a few spots in my carpet that another company was able to get up. After telling him that he missed a few spots he told me that the spots were stained into the carpet and the only way to get it up was to “cut it out”. I also asked him prior to his arrival did I need to vacuum clean. He reassured me that he would do it for me but as I looked at my carpet it was not vacuum nor was a vacuum cleaner brought into my home."
