+ -1 moreI had a Groupon/Living Social Deal. I called to make an appointment and was given a time. Let's say it was 10 am (I cannot remember the exact time). I called at 11 am to see where they were. The person answering the phone didn't know other to say they were running late. That, I already knew. About an hour later he called to say they were on their way. Approximately 30 minutes the actual maids called to ask for directions. Sadly, they were clear across town -- I am west of 75, they were closer to 20/285 on the East side. I was so frustrated, I cancelled the appointment and got a refund from Groupon/Living Social.
Description of Work: It was going to be a housecleaning....

+ -1 moreThey are excellent. The man who comes is always on time or he?ll give us a call if he is running late. The quality of his work is good. There used to be a couple of people that would come with him but now it is just him.

+ -1 moreSteve Thompson is the owner and has one woman to help him. I have used him for two years now and he does a very nice job. He's very honest and polite. He is licensed and insured which I like. His pricing is average and he is very thorough. I also trust him in my home when I'm gone. I have never had to correct any of his work and I will recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: Bud cleaned my 4200 square foot house. He vacuums, dusts, cleans the bathrooms and mops. He also cleans the countertops, stove, microwave and ceramic tile walls behind the stove.
