I had a pleasant experience with the technicians that came out to my house. They were on time, called before arriving and walked me through what they replaced. While here, they also reset my sprinkler system and checked everything to ensure it was running properly. The experience was also educational, as they provided helpful tips for future care. I felt the cost was very reasonable for the work completed. Total costs covered a $95 diognostic fee plus labor/parts for the services performed. I would certainly recommend to a friend.

The were very responsive and great to talk too! i called them in the morning and by the afternoon they were at my house preforming the work. I highly recommend them!

We phoned to schedule service and told them exactly what was wrong with our sprinkler system. We requested, and were given, a verbal estimate. Upon completion, we were charged nearly 4 times the original estimate. They performed no service that wasn't specifically outlined in our phone call, so there should have been very little deviation from the quote. When I questioned this, I was given a shrug and absolutely no explanation. I asked for a breakdown of the charges and was told, "That's what the bossman charges to dig up and replace a valve." If that's true, why wasn't this the price quoted to begin with???
