The service went very well. The repairman was punctual, knowledgeable, cordial and skillful. I didn't even know that he was in the house until he presented the bill for his work.

No surprises. Everything went as expected, quick and efficiently.

the alliance tech. found that i had a bad capaciter and put in a temporary one so i could still had cooling. i knew nothing about any warranty, but the tech. found that the capaciter was still under one. the tech had to order a new capaciter and kept me informed about its arrival. i know that the next time i have an hvac problem i will call alliance.

Repairman found freon levels low. He re-filled it and detected leak at indoor coil where he suggested tightening the freon line fittings that were slightly loose. 3 weeks later it is still OK.

The defrost board problem was detected during scheduled HVAC service visit. Technician said system was working properly at that time but board would soon need to be replaced. I was given a firm quote, the parts were ordered and I scheduled service appointment for January 2011. Technician was prompt, efficient, and courteous. No charges above quoted price were incurred.

I called this company on a Monday to set up an appointment for a furnace inspection and tune-up. Since I had to go back to work on Wednesday, I figured that I would need to wait until my next day off the following week for the service. I called at 1:30pm and they said they had somebody in the area and could be here around 2pm THAT DAY! I was a bit in shock but agreed to that....why wait?! The service person seemed to know furnaces well enough. My only problem is that I've never had a 2 furnace system before (just moved here from out-of-state). I asked him about the most efficient way to use them and I didn't get a real clear answer. So he seemed to know furnaces but not heating systems overall as well as I would like. But if you just need a furnace tune-up then I definitely recommend them. I ended up spending the money for the annual furnace/AC service.

They have taken care of my H & A for years. Just replaced a 28 year old furnace, a difficult job. My house is a mess and nothing ever works correctly, ever. They make it work or fix the problem. Windows in the house do not open so when air went out they came quickly. I highly recommend them! They have saved my life several times, with good humor and kindness. They replaced an AC unit last year!, in the summer. Windows would not open so they did it quickly and well.

They did an excellent job, were here on time, finished the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. Came back later to make sure everything was working correctly.
