+ -1 moreI had used you several times in years past They sent someone to my home in Riverdale in mid February. One guy showed up with a child in the car. He dug around the top of the tank, but never took off the cap. He then quoted me an outrageous price of $1500-$1800 fir a repair. After speaking Spanish to someone on the phone, they never returned, never called back, and left my yard in a mess.I eventually called another company. I don't know what happened to this company. They were once very professional. Now, they don't answer calls, return calls, texts, or complete the work. Avoid at all cost!

+ -1 moreIt was a nightmare their estimate was a lie they were late the job they done was a disaster you can't even walk through my backyard it's like a sewage hole I found a dope baggie beside the work truck when I went out there to talk to them do not use this company
Description of Work: They told me about this new piece of equipment they had the Earth Buster they guaranteed not to mess up my yard but it would work I had to borrow money from the bank to hire another company to fix what they did

+ -1 moreI was in desperate need of my septic system being repaired. I was backing up into sinks and bath tubs. Back yard totally saturated and no clean out. 1 call and that was it. The same day they got where I could flush and use my sinks and tubs. The following day they came out ON TIME and started my drain field and actually completed it. Price was great. Can’t beat it. Lowest price, professional work and on time. I am part of a reality company and I can honestly say this company is the definition of PROFESSIONAL. I’d recommend any and everyone to use this company. Thank you Jeff and and the team at A1.
