Jordan Dozier was very professional and very help in providing me with knowledge on how the system works.

All of them listened to what I related concerning problem. Jordan was the only company who realized wires had fallen onto heat in furnace. That is how I knew he was listening to symptoms I discussed with him. He thought outside of the box! Five other companies in area just checked robotically--it just was not important enough to tary and reason symptoms presented. Hot Wires! Thank you Dozier for realizing and repairing job. They will get new furnace replacement project this Fall! Had Guardian lights installed by Kelly and Ron. They took out trash, cut blooms for house. Yes, I am happy.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Dozier Heating & Air. From my initial call, to the estimate, and down to the install, everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service. Jordan Dozier was honest and more than willing to answer my questions, no matter how small or trivial they may have been. The installation went as planned & the guys did a good job. As far as the value for money, I feel like I got a pretty good deal on my new unit (considering my old unit was not properly installed and beyond repair). I am confident that I will see the cost savings this summer.

Timely service, best estimate and very professional.

The work went fine, but they couldn't come out until the next day during the high heat. Also, it really seemed pricey for the amount of work and what was explained. You might want to take the time to shop around more for quicker service or lower price. I wouldn't recommend against them, but they wouldn't be my first choice next time.

Great sevice out with in one day repaired that day and reasonable rates would hire again.

Dozier called me and set up a time for the very next day. Even when I was pulled away and was delayed a few minutes, they waited and found the problem quickly.
