These guys are on time and very professional. They quickly found the problem and had a solid solution. They use high quality parts and mechanical components for lasting service. These guys are now my go to company for any HVAC issues and upgrades.

I scheduled an AC repair appointment for 8-10-17 at 8:00 am and the technicians arrived 8:45 am the same day. Connie, the customer service rep., called to let me know of their arrival. She was so sweet and seemed genuinely concerned about my AC issues. These Gentlemen were nice, kind, and respectful too. They diagnosed my dual capacitor was bad, explained the procedure, and cost. I agreed to work and cost. The technicians finished the work quickly. Before they left, they checked to make sure the AC was cooling my home. After the technicians left my AC stopped working. No one was available until the next morning, Upon arrival, the technician was very courteous. He checked the AC unit inside and out, then found my fan motor was bad. The technician knew my unit was older and the part would be hard to find. He called all the local stores and they had none available, so he had to order it online and the part arrived 8-15-17. Connie was on the phone calling to tell me the technicians were on their way. The technicians installed the motor quickly and made sure it worked properly. We had to suffer hot temps but this company made up for it. They reduced my payment amount and even called to make sure my unit was cooling my home off. This company has my business now and in the future.

Jordan was an absolute pleasure and everything was done professionally and quickly!! I will definitely recommend their business to my peers and they will be who I deal with from now on.

Made repairs on a rental property and I don't live in the area. Great service, didn't try and sell extra or make repairs that were not needed.

I requested just maintenance for my 16 year old unit. I expected for them to try to sell me on a new unit. Instead he was very upfront and told me that everything looked great and there was no need or concern for a new unit. Additionally, Dozer has a deal that you get service twice in 1 year plus discount on any additionally needed services/equipment from them. I said yes before the lady finished explaining it. The price for this bundle/package was less than what I expected to pay for just 1 visit. I expected a lot when I saw these guys ratings but I got even more than that!

They answered the phone with a human being and the person ( Connie ) was nice and knowledgeable , made apointment for later that same day , contacted me to let me know that the Representative was running early and the Rep called too , Jordan Dozier ( an owner ) showed up early as expected and he was nice , professional , and very knowledgeable , took all of the information and we arranged another apointment to go over the proposal in a few days , Jordan showed up early for the next and spent good quality time explaining everything and we made arrangements for the install , Bill Dozier ( an owner ) showed up in a few days with an experienced crew for the install , the guys did a very good job and all looks and works great , the guys didn't put the inside units exactly where I had them planned and thank goodness they didn't as my idea's were not that great - leave it to the pro's , whey better than where I had them planned , nice family owned and manned company and just a pleasure to know and do business with , getting a quote on a new water heater from them too as ares is an antique , thanks Dozier Heating & Air and thanks Home Advisor .

Jordan who came to service my air-condition was very professional, on time and completed the job in a timely manner. My husband and I were very happy with his performance. He first gave us an analysis of the problem and the cost of repairs were very reasonable. I plan to consult them in the future for air conditioning servicing jobs.

Jordan is one of the owners and he came out for out estimate. He was extremely nice and professional from the very start. He gave us our estimate that was a lot more money than we were expecting, but after the shock hit, he sat down with us and went over each cost and why the amount was so high. He came out the next day and made the repair and even stayed long enough to make sure everything was working properly and that our home was starting to cool before he left. The secretary/his mom was cordial over the phone and was so sweet every time she had to contact us to set up times for things. If she didn't know that answer to a question she called back in a timely manner to answer as soon as she found out. Over all this company was wonderful to work with and I would always rather pay a family run and locally operated business than a chain run by a huge conglomerate a thousand miles away.
