I have used the services of CSRA landscape for many years. My yard is groomed weekly, the price is very reasonable, and the owner is someone I can always count on for special events and services. If I have a party or event or visitors coming, CSRA will make a special cleanup visit to be sure the yard is tidy. They service does not always happen exactly when I want it to, but they always come through and have never let me down.

Bruce & Heather were great to work with - would highly recommend them to anyone!

There was significant time delay between when we called and when the team came to do the work.

I am glad I have found these guys. I have used a few other landscaping companies, but I liked these guys more than any other landscaping companies.

The installation went along perfect. Bruce (the owner) came to my house at the time he said he would. We talked about the installation/layout to make sure it was not only what I wanted, but to make sure it worked with what my current lawn setup is, but what I might do in the future. He first did a preliminary layout and then when I/we agreed it would work with what I wanted, he then did the final layout. Afterwards, he came back the next day and installed the system. Once installed, he then made sure everything worked, gave me his number and told me If I had any problems to call him. Unfortunately I did, do to my own error, but he promptly came back and took care of it. I can say without any hesitation that I was completely satisfied with the work, but more importantly with Bruce and his company and their effort to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for quality work. The biggest thing for mee was that they did what they said they did and I didn't have to do it when thy were ready. A top notch company that does gret work.

Bruce was friendly and professional when he came to give me the estimate. He was able to come out and maintain my yard the next day. It looked beautiful when he was done! It came out again a few days ago and I'm very pleased with the job he does. I would recommend him!

Water had been coming off the road and soaking our yard, Yard was at bottom of hill. I called Bruce Alford with CSRA LANDSCAPING and he showed on the day and time we agreed on to give me the estimate, I gave a good estimate and detailed planning on the job to be performed and if any unexpected issues or cost were to come up he would let me know first before proceeding. Bruce showed on the day of the job on time and ready to go at 7:00 am. Him and his crew were professional from start to finish and cleaned up daily and when job was completed. I never had an issue contacting him what so ever. Also per his recommendation he came back several months later to place drains in my driveway to keep my carport from flooding. HE IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH CSRA Landscaping and design, that is a totally different company.

We have three properties and we needed a lot of landscaping done. We used them and it ended up a nightmare. Bruce Alfred is the person and he is still advertising. He actually tried to file for bankruptcy and the judge didn't allow it. He went back into business and he is actually in the neighborhood where we bought our first house so I actually have it in my coupon book. The company has a different name now, but it's still probably the same guy or somebody that works for him. He was on Angie's List, but he probably stopped because of complaints. He didn't want people to find him. We were all chasing him down and apparently some of the places where he buys his materials were trying to find him too. He was very friendly and he did okay. I had three companies come out and give estimates the same day. He had a good estimate. He was prior military and we are all service people. We liked that and the prices were in right line with each other. He was timely and the workers were okay. We had to keep calling him because the workers couldn't speak English, but they worked a lot. He didn't buy the right materials. We found that out now. The railroad ties he used were rotted so the wall he built is actually caving in now. We didn't know that then. He moved a fence and he did a double-door 8-foot gate which was very expensive and which fell apart. He used the wrong nails on the fencing which caused a lot of roughing and caused the stuff to just pull out. It was a matter of only a couple of months and we kept calling him. I promised him another job because we had moved at that time and we had renters. I gave him a job here at our new house and that was doing a retaining wall and putting in 9 trees and irrigation and everything. That job was $8000.00. That dragged on for ever. When we got the trees, I think he actually pulled them out of the woods. I don't think he bought them at the landscape company. I am really trying to nurse the Wayland cypress trees now, which are common trees around here, and they are just awful. He had planted the trees incorrectly. The irrigation wasn't adequate. The trees were too close to the fence and they weren't planted correctly. There was no soil in it and they were all dying because it is in clay. We are not getting calls back and we were not getting anything back and now he is actively doing business in the area where one of our properties is. I would never hire him again.

Everything went well. The estimate number of pallets was right on the mark with no sod left over or short. He could not have estimated it any better. He even agreed that he was surprised himself because he generally over estimates on purpose because he would rather have too much than not enough. The work was done according to schedule. He and his crew were workers all the way with very little non-productive time. I was starting to get concerned that they would "burn" themselves out but that never came to being the case. The work was done neat with no clean up to be done when the contractor left the site.
