We called Connor Plumbing based on good ratings. WOW, that was our lucky day!!! We had them come for several routine issues, but there was a tiny clue to a really serious problem! Mr Connor and his very competent parter took care of all the problems in several hours, saving us from impending doom! I was impressed and pleased by their efficiency and thorough cleanup. Chris was very professional and straight to the point. He did a excellent job. We had a clogged drain he went through the process and answered our questions. He was very informative and affordable. Water heater went out of Memorial Day Weekend. Mr. Connor answered the phone when I called (no answering service or leave a message and hope for a call back) and came within the promised one hour window. He came thinking he only needed to replace the heater elements but soon realized all the internal cables had melted and the whole heater needed to be replaced. Many companies would have said it will have to wait until next week. However, Mr. Connor went back to his shop to get a new heater, came back and did the replacement right away. It was done at a flat rate, for the promised price with NO surcharge for overtime, off hours or a holiday weekend. He did a professional job. The installation looks better than the original installation. He also made sure to walk me through the controls and maintenance before leaving. I know who to call for any future plumbing issues. Called Mr. Connor about a problem I was having with a hot water heater/timer switch. After discussing the problem, Mr. Connor gave a number of suggestions as to what the problem may have been. One of those was to check and ensure that 240 volts was being sent to the hot water heater control board. Sure enough, only 125 volts was present. Turns out that I had one leg off the 240 volts grounded! Rewired, and problem cured. Mr. Connor didn't have to make a service call this time, but he will certainly be my "go to guy" when I have another plumming problem. Very professional and up front with his dealings with me.

I thought it was expensive. They were timely. They came right away. They were very responsive because it was like late on a Saturday. The only thing was I thought it was a little bit expensive. It was my first time using them.

Called Chris on Saturday night and he arrived as scheduled Sunday AM. He immediately knew what the problem was and repaired our heater. He truly went the extra mile when his shop didn't have the thermostat and contacted and met his distributer to obtain the part. Highly recommend Chris.

They were expensive, but did a good clean job, and gave me a 6 year guarentee on the new water heater. They were very prompt, came within an hour of my call, and and were done with installation by the end of the afternoon.

Chris was very professional and took time to answer all of my questions and explain exactly what the problem was and what he would do to fix it. He gave me an estimate beforehand and that is what I paid after the work was done.

Punctuality can a bit of a problem at times, but it’s just because he has a lot of jobs which just shows you he does good work. I felt the price was reasonable because he was here for a while fixing the issue with my toilet.
