This rating is not for the concrete flooring which was the original work request. They actually painted most of my main floor's living areas. The final painting job was fantastic, actually transformed these areas. The journey there was a little rough but Certapro, Sheri went over and beyond to make this a memorable customer service experience. I would recommend for painting. The concrete flooring wasn't what I expected but again Sheri worked this out to a favorable end because she wanted me to be a "happy customer."
