We had a large job for the crew to complete. Not only did they paint our cabinets in our kitchen, but they painted the entire kitchen, living room area , hallway and three bathrooms. Justin, Ryan, Pat, Allen and Mathew were amazing to have in our home. We will hire them again in the future.

I hired Gene's crew (Gene, Billy and Richard.) They were on time! Prepared to work. Listened to my concerns, answered my questions and assure me that the job was not done until I was satisfied. They did a great job and left the area better than they found it. Very professional, hard working. The deck looks new. Great job!

The painters were friendly and respectful and seemed to take pride in their work. Jesse was easy to communicate with and kept me abreast of any delays due to weather conditions. I really appreciated the great job he and his crew did.

Very quick from start to finish. Was able to save time getting a quote done over video chat instead of waiting for someone to come to the house. Had the whole interior painted. Austen and his crew finished quickly and clean and even came back out two weeks later to take a look and a small area I was concerned with and remedied that problem.

Anyone can paint your home. BUT, what is the service like following a job? We had a tedious and difficult house trim paint job done six months ago on our home. It was carried out by Jesse Shipman and his team. Well done job. However, six months later we were a little concerned about some areas. Was the original job holding up? We called CertaPro Painters of the CSRA and Jesse Shipman and CertaPro Manager Charles did a walk around our home in less than four-hours after our call. Backing up his work with professional courtesy, Shipman completed the "Re-Check" work in two hours the following day with his partner Donte. We were relieved. Excellent RE-CHECK work to solve the problem. SERVICE and BACKING-UP first time performance must be the hallmarks of a business. CertaPro Painters of the CSRA "gets it."

Neat, clean, orderly and timely!

I called around and they had the best price. Communication was awesome. Paint crew showed up on time and did a great job. Any concerns were addressed prior to job start and everyone was very professional. Entire house was cleaned and painted in a couple of days. Color was exactly what I told them to use and the house looks great!

Did not place plastic on newly installed wood floors per contract. Used extra canvas. Poor cleanup, still have residual paint on the floor, despite a callback. Job foreman unresponsive to concerns.

Very good with communication and did not mind answering questions.

I really liked Ben, who came out to measure our home. He also brought several swatches (2 trips to accomodate my prefered style) to offer me choices. Unfortunately, the colors he had were close, but not exactly what we wanted. We might have compromised the color if the price was right, but it was a thousand dollars above the place who sold the exact carpet we wanted, so, we are not hiring CertaPro at this time. ?

Hardworking, efficient crew. They did what they had to do to ensure my satisfaction. Relatively expensive but worth the additional cost. Would definitely use them again.

Excellent crew and quality. The only issue I had was in the quote. The quote is very detailed, which is good, but I missed that one part of what I had discussed with the estimator was not included. This caused some back and forth on the price, but the increase in price probably would have had me go with another quote.

Very professional organization, from the estimate to the painters themselves. Every one of our questions was answered promptly. We would use them again and would recommend them to others.

The painting crew maintained excellent communication throughout the duration of the project. When there was an unexpected delay because the paint supplier ran out of stock, the leader proactively communicated the reasons and gave a clear plan of how he would proceed after the delay. I plan to use them again!

No complaints. So far so good.

Great customer service. They were very helpful with picking out colors and recommending someone to do repairs they could not do.Plan to use them in the future.

Got the job done ok, but showed up late - took longer than scheduled - communication sketchy, messy cleanup outside left paint on lawn and patio stones. lost light fixture pieces.

I called them back once to do touch up, but I don't think the cabinets were primed correctly-almost all have peeling paint. SInce these were kitchen cabinets, I would expect that they be washable.

They did a good job painting my family room for a very fair price so overall I was pleased. They didn't show for the first appointment, though, so I was disappointed with that. Also, the painters were a little careless with some things in my house. I thought I'd moved my furniture out of their way sufficiently, but they moved some items and they left a large scratch on the top of my coffee table so I wasn't thrilled with that either. I would call them again if I needed additional painting done, but I would make sure anything of value was covered or taken out of the room before they showed up.
