Were very responsive in answering my call to assess my situation and propose a solution. They provided a written estimate and set up an appointment for the install. The date was the Monday of Hurricane Irma in Augusta area. Needless to say I assumed they would call to reschedule. They did not and put a tarp on the outside where the heater was installed and completed the installation as originally scheduled. We could not be more satisfied with the job. If you find plumbers that are any more polite or professional I'd like to know who they are. I will always use this company for any plumbing needs I have.

The plumber, Anthony, arrived on time and inquired as to what I wanted repaired. After explaining what the problem was, he got his tools and went right to work. He fixed the problem and removed the old parts for disposal. He was very professional, and is an asset to the company. I am very satisfied with this company. I most certainly will call All American Plumbing again to fix any other plumbing repairs.

These guys were prompt and did a fantastic job. They have become my new "go to" plumbers...polite, quality work & they clean up like they were never there.

Jesse did a wonderful job at a pretty reasonable price, and I am very happy with their work. He was professional and friendly and got the job done quickly. I recommend them highly.

When I called to schedule the phone was answered within a few rings. The receptionist was able to answer all my questions and schedule me for the service within minutes. I asked for a quote and she provided me with some specifics with the understanding that the final bill could not be determined until the plumber arrived and assessed the situation. I asked that he call the house before arriving which he did. He was professional and completed all the tasks as promised. The price seemed a bit high but I have had plumbing work done where I felt it was economical so the price we paid was probably within the standard for the trade.

Mr. Hoffman helped me on the day after Christmas Eve to clear my plumbing line. He actually reduced the price he quoted after he fixed the problem. I have called this company 3 times and the customer service and price far exceeded my expectations.
